We stopped in to visit my childhood neighbor friend, Molly, and her family in Buffalo. They were kind enough to have us, feed us, and give us lodging for a few nights. There's a gorgeous picture of their family on the wall to the right.
Our boys enjoyed their game room.
Our girls thoroughly enjoyed playing with their girls. Too bad we don't live closer. They would be fantastic neighbors!
We have been friends since we were 7 years old, when my family moved in across the street from her family.

Amara made some quick friends and had a lot of fun at their home.
In the morning, we headed off for Niagra Falls. Amara was snapping photos with her DSi and Joseph was calling all his friends to tell them where he was.
We rode the trolley over to a few museums.
Aleya enjoyed their aquarium.
We even found Nemo!
Next, we took the famous Maid of the Mist boat ride to see the falls.
COOL!
The American Falls were better than I remembered them.
Our kids are very eco-friendly.
This was the first time we took the Cave of the Winds tour. We even got to keep our stylish sandals!
First you rode an elevator down, then you hiked down stairs, and then up stairs again to get to the falls.
The boys enjoyed the HURRICANE ledge where they were soaked completely. Orrin even took off his poncho at one point for a full drenching.
This was an exciting way to experience the Falls.
We were lucky to be there on a Friday to see the illumination PLUS fireworks!
This was an exciting experience for our family.
