After we left the ship, we took the kids to see where we used to live in Ft. Lauderdale, 11-12 years ago.
We lived here on the third floor.
Next, we took them to Miami Lakes, where we used to live 9-10 years ago.
Our condo was the first door, just to our right.
This condo community was in a courtyard-type style. This is the interior. The boys used to love running in circles around the community, under the covered walkways . . . especially during rainstorms.
On our way back, we stopped at Christian's Medical School at Nova Southeastern University.
We also ate at our favorite restaurant: Pollo Tropical. This was our favorite place to eat when we used to live in southern Florida.
